This page explains which personal data we process when you visit choosenow.info, subscribe to our newsletter, fill in a form (including Facebook and Instagram forms) or receive our emails, and what your rights are. We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the data protection law of your country.

1. Data controller

Idea Fresca is an independent RINGANA partner. This is not an official website of RINGANA GmbH.

2. What data we process and why

  • Newsletter: name (optional) and email address, to send you the monthly newsletter in the language you chose. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed through double opt-in.
  • Contact forms and Facebook / Instagram forms (Lead Ads): name, email, phone number, country and the answers you give us (for example, which direct selling company you worked with), to get back to you and tell you about RINGANA products and the opportunity to work with us as an independent partner. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Business contacts obtained from third-party sources: we may obtain the name, job title, company, country, public professional profile and business email address of people who publicly present themselves as independent direct selling sellers or distributors, through the professional database Apollo.io. We use them to send a short introduction to working with RINGANA. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in contacting professionals in this field (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Every email contains an unsubscribe link; you can object at any time (see section 6).
  • Email statistics: opens and clicks on our emails, to improve our content and avoid sending you messages you are not interested in. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Website browsing and cookies: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies. Details are in the Cookie policy.

We do not process special categories of data and do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.

3. Who we share data with

Only with service providers that process data on our behalf (processors):

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending emails and newsletters, contact management.
  • HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., USA / HubSpot Ireland Ltd.): contact management (CRM).
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Facebook and Instagram forms and advertising.
  • Apollo.io (ZoomInfo Apollo LLC, USA): professional database that is the source of the contacts described in section 2.
  • Aruba S.p.A. (Italy): website hosting.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd.): website statistics, only with your consent.

If you are a partner or customer, your data may also be shared with RINGANA GmbH (Austria) to handle orders or your partner registration, only when you request it. We never sell your data.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (HubSpot, Apollo.io, Google, Meta) may process data in the United States or other countries. In these cases transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. How long we keep data

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Contacts from forms and third-party sources: up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you object or ask for deletion.
  • If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we never write to you again.

6. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (including objecting to marketing emails), and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To unsubscribe from our emails, just click the link included in every message. For all other rights, write to office@ideafresca.info; we reply within one month.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian supervisory authority (Datenschutzbehörde, www.dsb.gv.at) or with the data protection authority of your country.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
